Offering a loan is possible only once the 48 hour lock period has passed and the lenders have not executed a proposal to reject the drafted offer within this time.

Once the above conditions are met, the First Loss Capital Providers can do offerLoan transactions to make the loan offers active. These offers can now be accepted and borrowed by their respective borrowers.
