First Loss Capital Providers can cancel previously offered loans as long as the offer in question has not been accepted at the time of cancellation. Drafter offers can also be cancelled at any stage. Cancelling an offer or drafted offer will release the allocated loan funds back to the Lending Pool and no further action can be taken by Borrower or First Loss Capital Provider on the loan in question.
